Thank you for shopping at Mari Yokoichi Art. As my work consists of original artworks and art prints, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Original Artworks All sales of original artworks are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original pieces, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Art Prints If you are not satisfied with your print, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@mariyokoichi.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. I will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Processing Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
